1. Custom and Personalized Products

As all of our products are custom-made or personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are made to order, including but not limited to personalized bags, accessories, and any other custom products.

We do truly understand and want to satisfy our customers , therefore we offer a 50% discount on the next order or 25% Cash back if the product did not arrive as expected 🙂 

2. Refunds for Defective Products

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products before they are dispatched. However, if your order arrives defective or damaged, we will offer a full refund or a replacement, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 24 Hours of receiving the product to report any defects or damage.
  • Please provide a clear photo or video showing the defect or damage to the product, as well as a brief description of the issue.
  • We may require the product to be returned to us for inspection before we process the refund or replacement.

If your product is confirmed to be defective, we will:

  • Offer a full refund to the original payment method, or
  • Provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

3. Changing or Cancelling Your Order

We begin processing your order immediately upon confirmation. Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once the order has been processed.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, cancellations are no longer possible, as orders are sent directly to our factory for production, and we are unable to halt or modify the manufacturing process.
